Actually just check in 1 person. Bring 2 person up. No issue.

Go to 4 or 5 star hotel... check in 2 person then bring the other one up lo... confirm they dun kaypoh you.. only budget hotel the people like PI like that... catch this catch that...

That's very true. I used to pay for 2 rooms at budget hotel so can fit more people. Then after calculation I rather book regular hotels at a slightly higher cost. Most importantly is more comfort and more amenities. And can look over the CBD while getting a bj beside the huge windows.
