No right or wrong. Its up to individual. My approach was to pay for the transport and time she took to meet for the coffee. Average token sum on first meet i made was $100. Or it can be over a slightly more fanciful dinner whichever both feels more comfortable.

If we vibes, then natural to progress to next stage. I do bi-weekly payment at the start as we are feeling each other out. There's risk that she disappear after the first allowance (or we are bad performer). While we don't want to demean the SB by PPM, its progress into monthly over time when familiarity and comfort sets in.

Generally the ladies has more to lose, so if already intending to go the SD route, can be abit more generous (while not being stupid - heard many silly stories of wiring money over first).

Expectation wise, best to have a range at the start and just express what you like to provide as the allowance. Then let her decide if she wants to engage.

Personally, i like things upfront. As it reduces dispute, the unnecessary unhappiness and we have a basis of what to expect.

There are a few scammers inside whom so called die die only want monthly payment. Reason is want long term and scare you change after seeing better girls.

My advice is move on to others, the based on trust on a stranger is usually taken for granted.
Encountered a few every 1 month create new acc but same person.

There was one month I forgot to pay her, I immediately requested to meet her the next day to pass her the cash (for discreetion), she told me to pay at the end of the month better. Then again, it depends on luck also. I wasn't always so lucky.
