No Geylang sex worker has tested positive for HIV for years so you should be pretty safe as far as HIV is concerned.

However the girls are not tested for ALL STDs so chances of you catching other nasties such as Herpes or Warts is a lot higher.

To improve your odds all sex acts including oral sex should be protected.

I dont think using condoms is 100% safe. Even the manufacturer will say 99.99% safe to protect against HIV. So means if you bunk 10000 times, you may get it 1 chance of getting HIV. Nowadays those 0.03mm Okatomo which is so thin might also break during the action. So best advice is refrain from commercial sex...

I think if you're concerned then better avoid intercourse all together.
The psychological stress when thinking about HIV can affect your personal and work life which I think its not worth it.
