Psychology factor or just performance issue
In my mid 20s,use to be able to last Long on the bed around 20min-30min or so but recently it has been an issue where I would finish around 5-10mins on the bed ,I don’t know isit premature ejaculation or ED. In addition to this can’t seem to hold my erection during sex and when I finish I would feel a sudden contraction or some sort of cramps like feeling around my balls area. One more thing is I use to be able to go for round 2 but now I just can’t get an erection after finishing the first round. I’m still excited and enjoying sex in all ways it’s just this issue appear suddenly.
Bros here can advice? Much thanks |

However in order to eliminate physical causes why not pop by to see your doctor for a physical. It is possible that you are deficient in something. The doctor will send you to get tested for testosterone levels and other indicators. If everything comes back normal then it is all in your head. Stress can kill an erection in double quick time. |

If he does find something amiss he can then refer you to a specialist. Are you overweight? Do you exercise regularly? Do you have a high stress job or are you stressed out by lockdowns or the fear of Covid? There are lots of factors to take into account when it comes to sexual performance. |
Re: Psychology factor or just performance issue
i think they call it the death grip, which is tightness in the pelvic floor muscle.
but your situation is a little different from mine, where i can't ejaculate because the pelvic muscle is too tight. you try squeezing your PC muscle and see whether you feel any pull in the nether region. any fall or sprain recently? |

i can't be sure that your current issue is caused by your past injury, because of the fact that you have no such problem prior.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/14459-pelvic-floor-dysfunction you can check out the link and see whether it matches your symptoms. Quote:
