hi brother out there...

i am 41. and this year suddenly realize that i hardly can do 2 times in a night anymore. unlike when i was before 40, i can do 3 times a night w new girl.

also not as hard as before. did you guys experience same thing or i experience this too early?

i tried tongkat ali but only help if i take. if i stop then go back to same thing

Bro, You need to meet the right partner. I am mid forties and I can still do 3 times per night..... 1 or 2 times is normal. If meet a good partner, 3 times will be nice......

Go for a short trip, weekend will be the adventure.......

I'm at 50.
For me, hvg a good sex chemistry with gf is my style, there's love in us also.
I'll build the mood on day of meet, in room, with love mood, chemistry & controls, session last us like 45 mins, full sweat over.
Then, after a nap of > 2 hrs., we hv 2nd round, last even longer.

Yes this i agree, go jog at least once or twice a week or if dun like jog cycling is another one.

I'm 48 now but max 2X sometimes 3 but few yrs back only manage for 1 time. Then I start to exercise and take care of diet abit and it works but start slowly.

Depends on your health, diet and lifestyle bro. Whether you exercise regularly or not. Are you single or married or married with kids. Do you have a stressful job working long hours.

Best condition is when you are healthy, fit, get plenty of sleep and least stress - if you are single and have no family burdens and worries. Anytime, 2 or 3 times.

For a typical family man, sometimes late 30s already burned out from exhaustion, due to work, family issues, house / kid chores - totally no energy left. And sometimes is mistaken as ED but actually is not.

Anyway nowadays there are a lot of options, don't need to suffer in silence if you need doctor help. But if your root cause is health / stress / burn-out issue, meds don't help that much.

Don't be too disheartened, with our modern lifestyle it's common for lack of libido to start in 40s, why do you think meds and all kind of pharmaceutical aids, testo therapy and all that - selling like hot cakes? Majority suffering from the same problem as you :rolleyes: and it is perfectly natural.

For me, depends on the girl whether can turn me on.
i m 50s retired residing overseas .
Pre covid few months, on few occasions can do 5 shots in 24 hours on 2-3 girls STs.
1 month averages abt 30-40 shots.
2 shots in 1-2 hours sometimes.
All short sessions abt 20 mins.
Genes also important, seems my sperm regeneration rate is quite fast.
No enhancing drugs consumed.

Rest....Exercise.....healthy diet.....I guess you need all these to build up the stamina. For me, rest is very important. No frequent masturbation and always have at least 7 hours of sleep.

Heard-say so YES, especially smoking MENTHOL favor kind of cigarettes affect more on the performance.

Its part of life and the gradual decline is inevitable. Like what alot of bros mentioned, a healthy lifestyle will slow but will not stop it. Genes definitely play a part too.

And i agree with another comment - porn does nothing for me these days. Guess is just de-sensitized!!:o
