Bro, this is the 1st time I heard about such classifications! But it seems to describe the reality quite accurately - can see that a lot of people fall into the one of category you mentioned.

When I was younger, I always believe that 人定胜天 - that as long as one is determined and hardworking, one can achieve.

But today, after some life experience, I realised that whether you believe it or not, luck and destiny plays an integral role in the overall outcome of a person's life. Even when you read about those who seem to overcome insurmountable obstacles and became a success story (always appear in Straits Times newspaper), things are not simple as it seems on the surface.

I totally understand what you been through, as I have been in the sales line before.
It's very common to read about the success stories of property agent and financial planners in the news, and it's always tempting to want to take the plunge in after witnessing their success.

The fundamental message of all the success stories is always this - although it is not easy and require a lot of hard work, hitting the million dollar pay check is something that can be emulated by everyone as long you want to.

But in reality, no matter how hard working, how persistent & how strong willed you are, luck and destiny plays an inescapable elements in determining one's success.

Hi Galaxy Pocket - it is at the most famous tourist attraction - Kuan Shi Yin Beo (Temple) at waterloo street. Near Bencoolen Shopping Centre or Fu Lu Shou centre.

Just go in pray to heaven, then to Kuan Yin and proceed to Da Tian and get the 100 sticks poems and a pair of 'red cresent'.

Bro - the classifications are not cast into any of the school or university lecture notes or certified by MOE. I was in HR for many years and turned into Real estates, I have been observing people character, personality, behaviour from all kind of trade, levels including those as CEO and those at L1 level in big blue chip firms. I read papers, articles, thousands and thousands of resumes (CV), etc, slowly i categorised them into such categories.

Actually if you really want to classify career destiny, the list is never ending. The list can start from comparing from:
1. Thai King or Sultan king to their own people as commoners
2. Residences at REFLECTIONS or award winning Carribean condo to those (labrador) park cleaner uncle hired by NEA. (There is only one malay old uncle has to walk all the way in every morning from the mainroad to the labrador park deep inside and clear rubbish, but one thing for sure, i believe he is much more happier compare to those struggling to pay their housing loans.)
3. Abled person to disabled person.
4. Ministers all the way to guards at instana palace.
5. Billgates to a software programmer (whole life still a programmer)

if you read the meaning written in English looks good ... but is that the right meaning ? is the English translation correct ?

but some ppl say you need to know the poem or story on the lot ... it may say good in the book but if you read the story and is bad , it's bad ....

then others say at the bottom there is the ?宮, must see the Chinese book at the back page to find the right one and get meaning ?

anyone can advice on this matter...
